What is Captcha?

Captcha (Completely Automatic Public Turing Test to Tell Computers and Humans Apart) is an automatic public Turing test that must be entered into a field to distinguish bot actions from human actions.

Captcha input protects sites from spam, hacking attempts and increased load when attacked by bots spread by fraudsters. The algorithm analyzes the actions performed by the user and, based on the data obtained, concludes whether it is a human or a bot. If the analysis does not give an unambiguous answer, the user may be prompted to re-check.

For the development and promotion of sites, the owners use captcha in order to protect the page from hacking, stop spam mailings, advertisements and publish fake reviews.

It should be noted that the developers of "Captcha" are constantly improving their protection methods. It is necessary to test and compare different security measures to understand how effective Captcha is doing.

Now the reCAPTCHA technology (a continuation of the CAPTCHA project) is one of the most reliable ways to combat botnet networks and is successfully used in the territory of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
